What a beautiful day!! Thanks so much for ALL the folks that came out to pick today! The strawberry patch was picked pretty hard today, and we're nearing the end of the season, so it isn't as plentiful as it once was. There will continue to be some ripening tonight, and we have several other sales happening on Sunday & Monday, so come on out! OPEN 8AM - 6PM Sunday & Monday (5/29 & 5/30).
🔥HOT SALES: Bedding Plants: ALL 4 packs = $1 each...(that's cheap, come get 'em while they last!). U-pick Yellow Squash & Zucchini 50 cents each! Although the first part of each row has been picked clean, keep walking to the back half of the rows, there are plenty! Basil $3 ea - We made fresh homemade pesto tonight for dinner...wow, it was delicious!
We're at 14489 Bethel Church Lane, Smithfield, VA 23430. U-pick strawberries are $10/basket, cash or check, on the honor system. We provide the baskets. To pick the zucchini & yellow squash, simply twist it off the vine. To pick the basil, use the pruners (provided) to cut the plant off at the base. Our bedding plants are in the greenhouse.
