This is the picture I had in my head before I started.

Elegance Greens Mix is ready to eat.

Fresh spinach is ready to eat.

A frost blanket will go over the hoops to keep the plants warm at night.

                                    Baby carrots

The high/low % humidity is on top and the high/low temperatures are on the bottom.  This is how I keep track of high tunnel conditions.

All those yummy fall greens!

Bok Choy

     Lettuce so tender.

You think we should put Christmas lights on it?

Chinese Cabbage

                                                                    Mesclun Mix

I think the Hokies have their eye on Clemson this Saturday.

We're getting there.  Still need frost blankets.

450 hanging baskets ready for spring transplanting.

Horticulture continues to open up doors for me.

Baby Spinach

                                          More gorgeous mesclun mix.

The onions above are well on their way.  The ones below just germinated and will be a while.

                           Cauliflower

Is the broccoli heading to the greenhouse or into my belly?

Soil amending and planting time.

My milkshake brings all the greens to the yard.  Something's heating up in the greenhouse.

Onions, lettuce, and chard transplants have already been planted.  This week I will plant spinach, carrots, beets, radishes, arugula, and a fancy salad mix.

Roll-up sides are finally done.  I am so relieved.

How many truckloads of compost are gonna go into this greenhouse?  The answer is at least 5.

Fried Green Tomatoes

Amanda is raising the greenhouse sides to allow for natural ventilation.
