If you've already made strawberry jam, here's another idea...make Simple Strawberry Syrup - it's easy! This is great to add to desserts such as cakes, cupcakes and frosting. It's also delicious on top of ice cream and brownie Sundaes!

3 cups diced strawberries

1 cup water

1 cup sugar (white or ½ white and ½ brown)

1 tsp vanilla

Splash of lemon juice (to help preserve color)

Add all ingredients to sauce pan and cook on medium heat for 25 minutes or longer until desired consistency.

If cooked for 25 minutes, it makes a great syrup to add to lemonade or on top of strawberry shortcake. Cook it longer to thicken if you want to add it to cakes and frostings.

🍓U-pick strawberries = $15/basket. We provide the baskets & you take them home with you. When you bring our baskets back on your next visit, you get 50 cents off your next basket. You pick first, then pay at the end.

🍓Pre-picked strawberries = $20/basket. Available on weekdays, while supplies last

🌱🌸Bedding Plants = Our larger greenhouse is packed with vegetable transplants, herbs, & annual flowers, $3 per 4-pack. Bulk Discount = $25 per tray. Each tray holds 12 total 4-packs. Our smaller greenhouse has tons of 4 inch annual (round containers) and perennial flowers (square containers): $4.84 each

First gather all your berries and bedding plants, and then pay at the tent when you're ready to head out.
