My grandmother is in town this weekend making strawberry jam! Our favorite way to make strawberry freezer jam is super simple! It just calls for Pectin (pictured), strawberries, and sugar - no cooking involved. The recipe is written on the pectin container, but we double it and use 3.5 c berries, 1 1/3 c sugar, and 1/4 c of pectin. Just mash, stir, and done!
