Patch = Picked Out; Greenhouse OPEN

Thank you to everyone who came out to pick berries and get bedding plants! It was an incredible opening day, especially considering it's only March. Today the 🍓 patch was picked clean and will need some time for more to ripen. We'll monitor the patch daily, we'll post our next open hours for picking here on Facebook & Instagram. Although the strawberry patch will be closed this weekend, our greenhouse will be OPEN Saturday & Sunday 8AM - 3PM. We have a wide variety of bedding plants - tons of annual flowers, cool season crops such as lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, mustard; many vegetables including tomatoes, cucumbers, squash & lots of herbs including basil, cilantro, and parsley. New this year, 18+ types of perennial flowers - they'll come back each year.

Bedding plants = $3 per 4-pack or $25 per flat. There are 12 total 4-packs in each flat.

Perennial Flowers = $3 ea.

Opening Weekend at Browder's Fresh Pickins

 

 

 

These are the first two baskets of the season – great size and amazingly sweet!  We’ll be opening the strawberry patch for early picking this Friday, March 31 at Noon.  We’ll also have bedding plants available in the greenhouse.  We’ll be open Fri: Noon – 6; Sat: 8AM – 6PM, and Sunday 8AM – 6PM.  Of course, it's still very early in the season, so the strawberry patch will likely get picked out at some point, but we’ll stay open for bedding plant sales.  Looking forward to seeing you soon at 14489 Bethel Church Lane, Smithfield. 
